Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use this website. They do not govern any Bud product you license — that is a separate agreement.

Last updated 14 September 2026

1 · These terms

These terms are between you and Bud Ecosystem, Inc. — "Bud Ecosystem", "we" or "us" throughout this page. Our headquarters is in Bengaluru, India; our research and engineering operations are in Trivandrum, India; and we maintain a US office in New York.

By using budecosystem.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.

2 · What this site is

This site is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a warranty, or advice you should rely on without talking to us about your own situation. Benchmark figures, architecture descriptions and customer outcomes describe specific measured conditions, which are stated alongside them; your results will depend on your workload, your hardware and your configuration.

These terms cover the website only. If you license a Bud product, that is governed by the agreement you sign for it, and that agreement prevails over anything here.

3 · Using the site

You may read, download and print pages for your own reference or for internal business evaluation. You may not:

  • copy, republish or redistribute material from the site commercially without our written permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
  • interfere with the site's operation, including by scraping at a rate that degrades it for others;
  • use the site in any way that breaks an applicable law, or to send unsolicited or deceptive communications through our forms.

4 · Intellectual property

The content, design, and marks on this site are owned by Bud Ecosystem or used with permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only; their presence does not imply endorsement in either direction beyond what the surrounding text states.

Open-source projects we publish are licensed under their own terms, which travel with the code and are not affected by this page.

5 · Third-party links and embeds

The site links to external sites and embeds third-party video. We do not control those and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

6 · Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

7 · Disclaimers

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. That includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bud Ecosystem will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of this website — whether the claim is framed in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised that such loss was possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

9 · Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

If you are a consumer resident in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or to rely on your local mandatory consumer protections, this clause does not take that right away.

10 · Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, and what we store on your device is set out in the Cookie Policy.

11 · Contact

Questions about these terms go to the address in section 1 of the Privacy Policy. For anything about the platform, talk to a solutions architect.
